Yes, Finally got agreement!

In June, my horseback riding vacation in Macedonia begins.

7 days, 6 nights through the forests and mountains of which 2 nights camping and the rest in a bed and breakfast, small hotel etc.....

Before I knew where I wanted to go I was busy searching for the perfect vacation through horseholiday.com. Because I still had to arrange some things myself and was not sure of the arrival date I approached the company myself after I had found my perfect vacation.

I received a very frienldy email. Nothing was too much trouble and I even received a recommendation list of what I could take with me.

Let me tell you one thing.. I'm always super scared of forgetting things, so this list was a life saver.

Miyak tribe trail

"Miyaks are native tribe from the region of Macedonia. Some say they are descendants of the King Samoil, others that their heritage goes far as the King Alexander the Great. Archeological artifacts mention their existence as far as the Roman Times."

How can you say no do this? 

We will be spending time in Mavrovo National park, Bistra Mountain and we will get closer to the shepherd's life.

I will be writing another blog as I prepare for this trip. This will contain tips on what you can take with you on such a trip. Then of course this doesn't only apply to the trip to macedonia, but you can apply the tips to any kind of riding vacation.
